I owned several Italian Restaurants in Germany and always loved to cook and bake. With my son having a sugar allergy in his early age I had to learn to bake without sugar and leave everything as natural as possible but still give it a taste.

My name is Gudrun Seaton. I was born and raised in Heidelberg, Germany. I moved to Florida in 1999 and started my business European Desserts & More in 2003.

I only use honey or dried fruits as a sweetner in my Energy Bars , Cookies or Granola. Therefore, all my products are great for Diabetics , health oriented people or just about any one who enjoys a healthy lifestyle from the inside out like I do.
In Germany we don’t use any preservatives, everything is prepared fresh and bought daily from wonderful bakeries, butchers and farmers markets. I had the opportunity to live a very healthy lifestyle and would love to share my recipes with you.
